Bottomline Technologies Selected by HOPPE Holding AG

PORTSMOUTH, NH – March 06, 2007 – Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of collaborative payment and invoice automation solutions, today announced that HOPPE Holding AG has selected Bottomline’s document process automation solution to streamline the composition and delivery of invoices and other transactional documents.

Integrating with industry-leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle(R) JD Edwards, Bottomline’s platform allows organizations to convert paper-based forms into efficient, cost-effective electronic documents. Once created, these documents can then be delivered across a variety of channels including email, fax, print or the Web. In selecting Bottomline, organizations such as HOPPE, a Switzerland-based manufacturer of door and window hardware, can fully automate document-centric financial processes such as those involving invoices.

“By leveraging our platform to extend the capabilities of an ERP system, organizations can cut costs by removing paper, reducing labor and accelerating processing times,” said Chris Peck, Europe Group Sales Director, Bottomline Technologies. “We’re looking forward to working with our partner, Centric IT, to help HOPPE streamline other financial document processes across the enterprise.”
