Eric Campbell
Chief Technology Officer

An expert on global cash management, wholesale electronic banking, custody, SWIFT connectivity and the use of Service Oriented Architecture within banking applications, Eric has more than 25 years of industry experience in technology innovation for international payments and straight-through processing. As Bottomline’s CTO, Eric is actively involved in helping some of the world’s leading banks and financial institutions deploy software architectures for advanced treasury services. He was recently recognized for the third time in four years as one of Global Finance magazine's "Who's Who in Treasury and Cash Management".


Marcus Hughes
Director of Global Marketing

Marcus Hughes serves as director of global marketing for Bottomline Technologies and was recently recognized by Global Finance magazine in their annual listing of "Who's Who in Cash Management". An expert on transaction banking, Marcus possesses more than 20 years of experience helping some of the world’s largest banks and financial institutions devise and implement strategic initiatives for international cash management, trade finance and financial supply chain. He has previously held senior-level global roles with two major banks in the UK and Southern Europe. Marcus is a frequent contributor to industry publications, authoring articles focused on the migration of paper to electronic payments and emerging payment regulations within the European Union. 

 

Michael Lane
SVP and General Manager, Global Banking and Financial Services

Michael brings extensive knowledge of the financial services industry to his role at Bottomline.  His diverse experience in treasury, asset management and capital markets provides him the ability to understand the mission-critical business challenges facing our global customers and to work as a trusted advisor in planning their cash management strategies.  Michael has held various leadership positions throughout his career in both in software companies, global consulting firms and at some of the world’s largest banks and financial institutions.


Mike Vigue
Director of Product Management, Payments and Cash Management

An expert on payments and electronic delivery products, Mike has more than 13 years of experience designing, deploying and supporting global cash management solutions for some of the world's largest banks and non-bank financial institutions. Today, Mike leverages his domain expertise to lead a team responsible for helping Bottomline's banking and corporate customers achieve their strategic business objectives for global treasury and cash management through the use of the company's award-winning products and services.

Nigel Taylor
Business Development, Financial Supply Chain
Nigel Taylor possesses extensive expertise in the design, development and implementation of solutions for financial supply chain automation within global enterprises. Over the course of the last 10 years, he has experienced firsthand the various day-to-day challenges associated with enterprise-level software in this market, and leverages a pragmatic view of how hosted applications can be used to help customers achieve their strategic objectives for supply chain finance. Today, he is responsible for global business development and product management support for Bottomline's financial supply chain teams.



Richard Ransom
Product Marketing Manager, European Payments

Richard is an expert on UK Faster Payments, SEPA and BACSTEL-IP. Based in Reading, UK, Richard combines more than 11 years of experience with a broad understanding of UK and European payment regulations to oversee Bottomline’s payments-related product portfolio in the region.



Sarah Jones
Head of Business Development, International Payments and Cash Management

In her role, Sarah uses her treasury expertise to advise both our corporate and banking customers in their cash management and invoice automation strategies. Formerly, Sarah was Director of European Treasury at HP where she was responsible for all aspects of Treasury across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. She was Chairperson of TWIST’s Corporate Reference Council for several years and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.


Suzanne Hurt
Vice President, Global Banking and Financial Services

Suzanne possesses a unique understanding of the dynamics shaping the relationship between global banks and their largest corporate customers in regions such as North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. In addition to representing Bottomline at industry forums such as Global Concepts and NACHA, Suzanne regularly leads customer roundtables on industry issues and different approaches to global cash management.

 

Vinay Prabhakar
Director, Global Solutions Consulting

Vinay has been with Bottomline over ten years and works with leading banks, financial institutions, and corporations to understand their needs and ensure that Bottomline’s solutions are best positioned to meet those needs. Prior to this role, he was Regional Manager for BT’s Asia-Pacific division, based in Melbourne, Australia, where he led the company’s expansion into the Australasian market. Vinay has also held roles in product management and product development, with a focus on international payments and global cash management.



Vince Bahl
Vice President

Part of Bottomline’s original development team, Vince is an authority on electronic payments, the transition from paper- to electronic-based payment processes and payment risk management. Vince is a frequent speaker at regional Treasury Management Association events across the country as well as industry conferences such as the Oracle Applications User Group’s 2008 annual conference.
