Bottomline is committed to the communities where our employees work and live. Doing the right thing is one of our Guiding Principles. Our strong commitment to responsible corporate citizenship is reflected in both our people and our culture.
Each year Bottomline supports the United Way's Annual Campaign, a program designed to raise awareness and generate funds to support the most pressing community needs. Bottomline is a proud participant of this program and a committed partner of the United Way.
The Charitable Contribution Committee
This employee committee identifies the needs of the communities in which Bottomline operates and then allocates money in the company’s name to the organizations best suited to fulfill those needs.
Employee Choice Charitable Giving Program
Through the employee choice charitable giving program, employees designate specific organizations to receive a donation from Bottomline in the employee’s name.
Bottomline understands that fundraising is only one way to give. Bottomline encourages employee volunteerism, supporting the United Way's Day of Caring and other volunteer opportunities presented throughout the year.
As part of our commitment to our employees, we host a series of "Lunch and Learn" programs that help employees learn more about community issues and offer tips on how to manage many of the issues affecting their lives.
