College Hire Program

Program Summary

Bottomline’s College Hire Program is designed to identify, train and promote the organization’s next generation of business leaders. Each new hire class begins their Bottomline experience with a comprehensive, 4-6-week training curriculum. This provides a team-based, “behind the scenes look” at what puts Bottomline in Business NH Magazine’s “Best Companies to Work For” Hall of Fame, and includes presentations from more than 20 Bottomline managers, as well as the opportunity for job shadowing across multiple departments and roles for a hands-on, “day in the life” perspective. Our unique, hybrid training model allows new hires to gain a holistic understanding of the entire business before taking on their assigned roles, while providing each candidate with the foundation necessary to develop a successful career at Bottomline.
